Buzzvil is the leader in rewarded advertising, helping publishers and brands grow through better experiences and smarter engagement. We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Supply Experience Team someone curious, proactive, and ready to grow fast by designing real products with real impact.
You’ll work closely with our senior designer, as well as Product, Engineering, and Business Development to improve and scale the tools that power our publisher business: SDK configuration workflows, monetization controls like our Hub UI, and end-user engagement products.
Right now, our BD team is the primary user of these tools, configuring SDKs for our publisher partners. But our north star is a scalable, self-serve experience, and you’ll be key in helping us get there.

In parallel, we’re doubling down on rapid UX optimization. As part of this role, you’ll also run lightweight, high-impact design experiments from tweaking labels and badges to refining how users discover missions. These changes are small in scope but big in performance, and we’re looking for someone who can drive them forward with speed and care.

- Design clear, efficient workflows for SDK configuration and monetization setup
- Work closely with the BD team to improve internal tools and simplify operations
- Co-design end-user engagement experiences with Jia, aligned with business goals
- Lead small-scale UI improvements that make a measurable impact on performance
- Continuously run UX experiments with minimal dependency on server-side logic
- Contribute to our design system and evolve our publisher-facing interfaces
- Participate in user research, gather insights, and advocate for usability

자격요건
- 2+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design (internships and freelance count!)
- Strong UX mindset: you think in flows, not just screens
- A portfolio that shows how you simplified complexity and shipped value
- Interest in both B2B tools and end-user features
- Curiosity about how things are built — you enjoy learning how front-end and dev systems work, and know how to challenge constraints when needed
- A proactive attitude — you’re not afraid to take initiative and improve what you see
- Proficiency with Figma and a desire to work closely with PMs and developers
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team
- Comfortable communicating in Korean & English is mandatory
